Attitude sets the airspeed and power sets the rate of descent: hold your approach speed with small pitch changes and use power to stay on the glidepath. Keys: ↓ pitch up and ↑ pitch down (as on a yoke), W more power, S less power, Space to start and pause.

Power controls the rate of descent: about 5 × groundspeed in feet per minute holds a 3° path, so a headwind needs less. Keys: ↑ less descent, ↓ more descent, Space to start and pause.
